What this policy covers

This policy explains how AI Photo Editor handles the information needed to provide the editor, credit wallet, account features, payments, and support. It does not replace a provider’s own terms where a selected image model processes a generation request.

Account and service information

We process account details you provide, such as your email address and profile information, together with limited service data needed to run the product: signed anonymous-editor identity, credit grants and spending records, generation status, and payment-provider confirmation records. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

Image processing and retention

• Free uploads and results are processed for the active session and are not added to retained history or durable product image storage. Download free results before leaving the page.
• Eligible paid tasks store their source image and generated result privately for seven days from successful generation. You may delete them before expiry.
• Only the owning account can access retained files. Expiry or deletion immediately revokes access.
• We do not use customer uploads or results to train AI Photo Editor models without explicit permission.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the product, including authentication, payments, database and private file storage, and the selected AI image provider. A provider receives only the data necessary to perform its service. Its handling of that data is governed by the applicable provider terms and privacy policy.

Security and access

We use encrypted transport, authenticated private file delivery, access controls, and server-side provider credentials. No internet service can promise absolute security; do not upload content you are not authorized to process.

Your choices

You can manage your account and delete eligible retained image history from the private application area. You may also contact us about privacy requests that apply to your account or applicable law.

Changes

We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The date above indicates the latest published version.
